What do allowable expenses cover?

Who is eligible for attendant care?

Benefits will be allowed to you if you need help with personal care to perform daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.

What are wage loss benefits?

Wage loss benefits are 85% of any gross wages that were lost due to the accident up to a statutory monthly maximum that is adjusted each year.

What are replacement services?

Replacement services are where you are allotted $20/day for any service you can no longer do because of your injuries to go towards hiring someone or a family member to help you.
